Achieving What You Want: A Path Beyond Struggle
Your achievements in life are shaped by all you experience. Yet, when we hold strong desires, we often dwell on what we won’t do again, or on avoiding paths we don’t prefer. Ironically, these avoided experiences are often the very ones that help us clarify and create what we want. Denying these experiences is like denying what you truly prefer, and it disrupts the flow of creation.
Many of us stay in unfulfilling jobs, relationships, or routines, clinging to them for security, fearing the disappointment of leaving. But what is disappointment? It’s the perception of failure, the feeling that we couldn’t achieve what we wanted in the way we wanted. If you took the leap to leave behind these unfulfilling aspects, you’d find that the disappointment you feared was an illusion. Creation is always happening—whether through suffering or through joy.
Ask yourself: how can the Universe guide you if you’re unwilling to guide yourself based on how you feel? Ignored feelings only intensify, as the Universe will continually bring experiences that match your emotions. You can decide, at any moment, that enough suffering is enough. Move away from what drains you, and receive what’s already been created by your experiences. Letting go of what doesn’t serve you isn’t a choice of disappointment—it’s a choice to align with your true desires.
We’ve been taught that success requires pushing through and never giving up, and at a certain level of consciousness, this might seem true. But at higher levels, success is about aligning with joy rather than suffering. What you desire is created the moment you feel it, and it’s your attachment to struggle that holds it back. In a higher reality where joy guides creation, negative feelings are brief signals, easily acknowledged and released. This isn’t something you achieve by forcing yourself; it’s a flow given to you by the Divine when you allow it.
As your consciousness rises and you let go of struggle, you’ll notice that more opportunities align with what you truly want. This is the path to becoming a conscious creator in joy, rather than an unconscious creator through suffering. Making choices isn’t about finding the perfect strategy; it’s about choosing what feels best, and not out of fear or necessity.
The true measure of success lies in a choice that feels aligned and fulfilling. As you move away from struggle and allow joy, you’ll find that everything you truly desire is already waiting for you.
