Breaking Bad Habits

It’s time to recognize the bad habits that are shaping your experience and holding you back from living in alignment with your true self.

Talking about and reliving unwanted, uncomfortable, and undesirable experiences adds creative power to those things. Your feelings exist to guide you toward what is preferred, not to dwell on what is unwanted.

The Power of Choice

Think of your emotional guidance system like the heat from a stove. When you feel the heat, do you put your hand closer, or do you pull away? If you ignore the heat and touch the burner, the result is clear: you get burned.

The same principle applies to reliving negative experiences by repeating them aloud or in your mind. Each time you do, it’s like moving your hand closer to the burner. But you have a choice: feel the heat, acknowledge it, and redirect yourself toward what feels better.

This guidance system is designed to help you navigate toward joy, yet many people seem unaware of its purpose. Your emotions are signals—not punishments. They give you an opportunity to shift your focus and create a better experience.

Awareness and Mastery

Mastery begins with awareness. Even in a negative moment, recognize that the positive exists alongside it. A master understands that every emotion, every experience, is valuable because it contributes to creation.

When you trust the process, negativity can dissipate, and the path toward your desired reality becomes clear. Doubt, however, keeps you stuck in negativity, preventing alignment with what has already been created for you.

Trust is the bridge that connects you to the life you’ve been waiting for.

The Bigger Picture

You are so much more than this single lifetime. The life you’re living now is just a small piece of a greater, eternal continuum. Every preference you feel, every experience you have, adds to the wholeness of who you are.

When you connect with yourself through self-love, you tap into that vast, divine continuum. You begin to see yourself as a god in form, a creator of boundless potential. In this state of connection, you’ll experience unexpected and magnificent things—outcomes that are far beyond anything you could have imagined.

The Key to Flow

Stop trying to control every outcome. Stop thinking of yourself as the sole creator. Instead, embrace your role as a preference seeker. Trust in the higher power that holds the full picture.

Surrender to the flow. Let the Divine guide you to experiences that are not only aligned with your preferences but are also part of the greater continuum of your being.

To be realized is to see the fullness of who you are—to understand clearly and live in that truth.

When you let go of control and allow flow, you gain access to the expansive, satisfying life that is waiting for you. Trust in the process, and let the flow reach you.
