Health and Wellness: A Matter of Choice
There is simply nothing that is inherently real—do you hear us? Everything in your life is by your choosing.
As you live and observe others living their lives, you inevitably compare, judge, and agree—or disagree—with what you will add to your own Universe. In doing so, you reinforce the illusion that what you see and experience is real.
The Power of Belief
Once you have chosen or agreed to something, it becomes part of your experience. For example, if you love your nightly glass of wine but feel guilty while drinking it, your body will respond negatively. You cannot deceive yourself—if fear is present in your choices, it will manifest in your experience.
Love vs. Fear
Our advice is simple: love whatever it is you choose. Believe it or not, you do not need to avoid certain things or add others in order to maintain good health.
Good health is a natural part of your connection to your Source of love. If fear governs your decisions—whether it’s fear of illness, aging, or harm—you unconsciously place yourself in harm’s way.
Ask yourself:
- Am I doing this because I love it?
- Or am I doing this because I fear the consequences of not doing it?
The Illusion of Health Rules
This concept is as vital as our teachings on justification. It’s not about right or wrong, good or bad—it’s about how you feel.
If you believe certain diets, routines, or habits are essential for health, they will be, because you have chosen to align with that belief. Conversely, if you adopt choices rooted in love, your body will respond favorably, regardless of conventional wisdom.
Would the Creator, in its unconditional love, conditionally place you in harm’s way? It would not. However, fear can unconsciously guide you into creating harm for yourself.
The Vibrancy of Love
When you align your choices with love, your body responds with health and vibrancy. All aspects of your physical being come into alignment. It is your state of mind, not your state of diet, that governs your well-being.
If you choose to maintain health through specific practices, then do so—but do it with love, not fear. Remember, you came here in freedom, and everything you experience is your choice.
Surrender to your life as someone who chooses from love. In doing so, you will transcend fear and experience the vibrant health that naturally flows from your connection to Source.
