How Can I Awaken?
How can you awaken while continuing to create as if you are asleep?
Your internal guidance system is everything, yet you often ignore it. Why is that? Because you believe there’s a good reason to feel bad, but in truth, there never is. If you feel bad, it’s only because your present thoughts are separating you from the expanded version of yourself that has already been created by what you felt. Essentially, you feel bad because the justification you’re holding onto for those feelings isn't aligned with your true self.
Awakening comes through desire and through self-observation. Whenever you observe yourself, you become present and aware—that is the Divine essence entering you. As you practice observation, you begin to notice the emotions that arise in different situations. You observe how you’re choosing to feel and then notice how able you are to simply allow what is felt without judgment or condemnation. When you catch yourself judging or condemning, observe it gently—don’t push for change or try to move on too quickly. Instead, consciously accept what isn't accepted.
Awakening is achievable, but not through hard work and effort; in fact, that struggle only wears you down until you reach a point where you finally surrender and understand that you, as a human, cannot do it alone. It’s a two-part equation: I feel, you love unconditionally. This works in perfect harmony.
When have you ever demonstrated love—true admiration, gratitude, or appreciation—and not felt it mirrored back to you? When you extend this love to yourself, you align with the flow of the universe and create a deeply satisfying experience. Your awakening isn't about striving or pushing yourself harder—it's about surrendering to love and allowing your expanded self to come into alignment. When you allow yourself to be loved, you connect to the Divine within, and from that place, true awakening blossoms.
