Let’s Talk About Positive and Negative
It is important you understand your energy system and that you are polarized to create magnetism. The seven energy centers, or chakras, are split into two sections. The three lower centers—the root, sacral, and solar plexus—are negatively charged and are funded by cosmic energy coming up through the base. The upper chakras—the crown, third eye, throat, and heart—are positively charged and are funded by the soul aspect of yourself.
When a human begins to evolve, there is a stirring at the base of the spine to travel upwards to unite itself with the higher frequency chakras.

What is vitally important is that the body, mind, and spirit are balanced. If someone pursues the activation of the kundalini without balance, then harmony would not be achieved. Harmony is achieved by readying the mind by educating oneself in spirituality so that when the kundalini is released, it creates purpose, responsibility, and reverence. Many aspirants do not ready themselves enough for the awakening of their kundalini, and this is the main cause of the dark night of the soul.
One can kill the ego through judgment, condemning, and denying, or one can release the ego in love, understanding, and surrender. Killing the ego will induce suffering; releasing it in love will create harmony.
The ego exists because you exist in the three lower energy centers. The ego is released as you enter the upper centers, where effort, fear, lack, lust, rage, and anger cannot exist. You, as a human, cannot transform yourself by killing the ego. You, as the human, are transformed by the Divine as you love your ego.
What messes you up is your perception that you have work to do and that you need to be different. All you need to do is feel your experience and release that to the Divine.
As you begin to soften towards all you have felt and let go of any attachment to what has been felt, you will release your ego and meet your soul in your heart center. Your ego was needed in the three lower centers, but it is no longer needed in fifth-dimensional creating.
The effects of positive and negative are intricately intertwined, creating your reality by polarizing the preference you desire through those experiences.
