Rethinking Boundaries: Trusting in Your Source

Many people celebrate the ability to set boundaries, viewing it as a way to protect themselves from unwanted experiences. But in alignment, there’s no need for boundaries, which, at their core, represent a form of opposition. When you set boundaries, you focus on what you don’t want, signaling to the universe that you feel you need to guard yourself. This opposition invites more situations where you feel you must defend or protect, creating a cycle of resistance rather than flow.

A powerful creator focuses on what is preferred, not on what needs to be prevented. As you trust in your connection to the universe and recognize that it supports and mirrors your intentions, you realize that protective mechanisms are unnecessary. Setting boundaries is like unplugging the toaster and expecting it to work—without awareness of the source that powers you, the creation process becomes limited and scattered.

Your true power is infinite, and it flows effortlessly when you tap into it. In unawareness, life may seem like a random series of events, many of which might be dissatisfying. But as you awaken to your inner source, you start to realize that you are deeply supported, protected, and loved.

The only practice needed is self-observation. Observing yourself consciously allows the Divine connection to naturally flow into your life. Self-awareness is the essence of the Divine—it is simply the awareness of itself. Acknowledge and observe whatever you feel, whether it’s fear, sadness, anger, or defensiveness. Speak to yourself in these moments, affirming, “I am received,” and allow this connection to grow.

The emotions you experience are not meant to define you or others; they’re merely experiences that flow through you. Everything you consume—be it food, drink, or feelings—passes through, sustaining you momentarily before it’s released. Emotions are no different; they are meant to be felt and then let go. There is nothing that can truly harm you, except the belief that it can.

Trust in your ability to feel supported, without the need for barriers or defenses. Embrace self-observation, and recognize that the only true boundary you need is the one that aligns you to the flow of your source. This awareness, free from opposition, is the ultimate state of alignment and security.
